Meet our Mascots

Gym Reaper Generation Strong

GYM REAPER (2019)

In 2018 we launched the brand with a text logo, at the end of the year I just wanted the brand logo to have some personality and a little creativity. In 2019, I created the Gym Reaper inspired by my love for Skulls and Barbells as our first mascot for our Lift Heavy wrist wraps.

Hungry Bunny Generation Strong

HUNGRY BUNNY (2020)

In 2019 we faced a little push back from organizations that didn't want to have a skull on their sponsorship board, even though we actually were paid sponsors (I don't want to name them)

With this in mind I created Hungry Bunny as our second mascot, a little more playful, minimal & less aggressive. I used Hungry Bunny on our Bodybuilding Belts, Lifting Straps & Womens Apparel. Hungry Bunny was really well received and I'm so grateful for it, however I did miss my love for skulls as a brand identity.

Thunder Buddy Generation Strong

THUNDER BUDDY (2021)

In early 2021 I came up with the idea of having a fun skull shooting thunder out of its eyes inspired by love for skulls and Thor, the God of Thunder. I honestly didn't know how people would react to a more fun skull shooting pink thunder out of its eyes but it ended up being one of best sellers for both men and women. I even created a version with a barbell going through the top of Thunder Buddys Skull for the gym warriors and they loved it!

Hangry Bones generation Strong

HANGRY BONES (2022)

COVID 19 hit everyone hard, deaths of loved ones, businesses shutting down, people facing massive troubles with basic necessities like food, water and shelter, salaries cut in half and some employees left jobless to fend for their families livelihood. Generation Strong, The Shero Life and myself weren't excluded, I lost my dad to COVID and the biggest avenue where we thrived; Events, were all shut down. But...We Fought Hard & Stayed True to our Patrons & Staff, proving why we are Generation Strong.

After this devastation I wanted the brand and the mascot to mean more, Hangry Bones was born. Although at the time of this blog we haven't officially launched Hangry Bones, I hope you guys love him.

CONSLUSION

Although I have had many tell me to keep the brand mascot consistent I have always been a believer that a brand should be fluid, move with the times, be creative. I would like the brand to know for its creativity, a brand that goes against the grain and the name 'Generation Strong' to mean more than a mascot.
