Generally, our third party shipping company delivers between 9am-6pm. They will call you before they deliver to schedule the best time for delivery.

Yes, you can pick up your package after 24 hours of placing your order. The address for pickup is Villa 4, 31a Street, Near Choitram, Garhoud, Dubai.

We use DHL for international shipments.

For local shipments (within UAE) we currently use a company called Cloud Express.

For Beginner to Intermediates lifters we suggest Regular Strength Wrist Wraps.

For Intermediate to Advanced lifters we suggest Stiff Strength Wrist Wraps.

Tip: If you Bench over 120kgs get the Stiff ones.

Measure your waist while keeping your body relaxed, minus 1 inch from that and that should be your measurement for your belt size.

*Refer to our sizing chart on the product page and tally your measurement with the Belt Size.

This will depend on the type of Strength Training you do.

If your training involves a lot of bodybuilding & weightlifting movements (Clean & Jerks and Snatches) we suggest you get the Bodybuilding Belt.

If your training involves heavy Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press and Overhead presses, we suggest you get the Power Belt.

Yes, we accept Cash On Delivery anywhere in the UAE for an additional fee of Aed 10.

Unfortunately, we do not have a Cash on Delivery option for international shipping.

Over the years we have had many packages returned to us with Cash On Delivery as the payment option. As we use a Third Party Shipping Company we have to incur the charges of packages being shipped and returned back to us when not delivered. Additionally we pay an extra cost to have the Cash On Delivery option available for us. To encourage our customers to their card and provide us with a correct shipping address we have added the additional Aed 10 for every Cash On Delivery package.

Generally our courier company calls you before to schedule a delivery time. Incase you are not able to receive the package please ensure there is someone else to receive the package or you provide the courier company with another address.

For Cash On Delivery, unfortunately we do not deliver without the cash collected so please ensure there is someone with the payment amount available to collect the package.

Our Local Courier Company usually calls to schedule a delivery time before they arrive.

EXCHANGES/ RETURNS/ REFUNDS

Yes, you definitely can exchange the product is unused if. Please see the costs for exchange below:

Within UAE

1. In person at our location in Garhoud, Dubai, UAE | Free

2. Via Courier within the UAE | Aed 20

3. Via Courier Outside UAE (International) | Aed 99

You can exchange the product at our location in Garhoud at no cost.

If you are within the UAE and unable to exchange the product at our location in Garhoud we can organize the courier to facilitate the exchange, the cost will be Aed 20

If you are outside the UAE we will use DHL to facilitate the exchange. The cost will be Aed 150 (This is the price DHL charges us, we apologize if it seems too high)

There are 2 ways you can exchange your product:

2. We can arrange a courier exchange to your location if you aren't able to make it to our location in Dubai. This will be an additional cost (Please see the previous questions for costs)

Defected/Damaged

if you do receive the product damaged or defected please let us know immediately (within 10 days of recieving your package)and we will get it replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

*We will arrange the shipping company to collect and exchange the product.

Wrong Size

If the size is wrong and product is unused please notify us immediately (within 10 days of recieving your package) Sizes can be exchanged at our location in Garhoud or via courier company for Aed 20.

IF YOU HAVE PAID VIA CREDIT CARD:

Please notify us within 7 days of purchase, if you are based in Dubai we will arrange the courier to come collect the returned product from you and we will be able to refund the amount back to your credit card within 7-10 days free of charge (This is the timeline given to us by the payment gateway).

If you are based abroad please ship the product back us and once we receive the product we will issue your refund, either via credit card or bank transfer.

IF YOU HAVE PAID VIA COD:

Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. We will arrange for the courier to pick up the return package and we will issue you a refund either via the same credit card you used or via bank transfer.

Pick the products you would like to purchase and send us an email with the details, we will arrange for an invoice and deduct the Credit Note amount from your invoice.
